Ok. This is mostly for me, but for whoever else is interested... I'm going to do the Bikram Yoga 30-day Challenge at the place I go to starting on Saturday 1/15.
It will be a class a day for 30 days. My goal is to complete these 30 days and not drop in the middle, unless I physically cannot do it, ONLY if my knees are involved. None of that "oh I don't feel like it today" BS.
Starting tomorrow and for the upcoming week I will prepare by going back to Yoga class (hopefully get 2-3 in there before Saturday) so that I will be in less of a shock (my last yoga class was in mid-december before I went on vacation and had my wisdom teeth out so it's been about 3 weeks).
There won't really be much info in there other than an entry saying "Day 1 - done" or something and maybe a little blurb about how I feel after class. This is going to be tricky because of work, dance, class so I'll have to really be diligent, especially on days I have class since it's off-campus.
