I have to stop whining! 34 points a day is plenty to remain full! (Over the weekend I battled with this notion). I just need to stop making excuses for "but I like chocolate" or "just a little bit". Also, it's easier to keep on point when you're busy and you plan ahead. Much harder when chilling on the weekend.
